Title Project: Optimization of Cement particle size to achieve the best rheology in concrete

Description: concrete rheology depends on many parameters cement particles size distribution and cement water need are one of them which is cement factories responsibility, many laboratories test on cement mortar compression strength and concrete compressive strength and concrete slump is done to get the best rheology and strength of cement in concrete

Title Project: Proposing and using calcined clay as cement partial substitution for the first time in Iran Cement factories

Description: The idea of using calcined clay as a pozzolan dates to 2004.after studying the literature we contemplated the possibilities, I designed and started using calcined clay in laboratory aspects in Kerman cement factory for the first time in Iran , we have conducted many laboratory’s tests and we were successful in producing LC3 which paper was presented at CCSC2022 in Lausanne.

Title Project: Concrete Mix Design Consultant

Description: Consulting on choosing concrete aggregate, mix design and Curing condition to achieve C60 Concrete in field

Title Project: Green self-compacting concrete containing silicomanganese slag

Description: 10 different self-compacting concrete mix designs were designed and fabricated using Khash and Sirjan pozzolans, containing 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% replacement of silico manganese slag (SiMnS) with concrete aggregate size of (9.5-4.75) mm. the water to cement ratio is 0.36 for all SCC mixes. Slump Flow, V-Funnel and L-Box tests were performed on fresh concrete to investigate the fresh properties and rheology of green self-compacting concrete, with silico manganese slag (SiMnS) provides better compression strength results up to 18% and somehow increase in durability test results but adverse effects on the workability parameters of SCC.
